03

Download the PDF

Create a clean PDF for printing, emailing, approvals, client delivery, or document storage.

Built for real work

Export the worksheet people need to read—not the whole workbook.

FAQ

Excel to PDF questions

Can I export only one worksheet?

Yes. Select any worksheet detected in the uploaded Excel workbook.

Can I export wide spreadsheets?

Use landscape orientation, narrow margins, Fit to width, or a smaller scale for wide tables.

What does Print area do?

Enter a range such as A1:F40 to limit the exported columns and rows.

Does the PDF include headers and footers?

You can show or hide both and enter your own header and footer text.

Will formulas still calculate?

The exporter uses the values available in the uploaded workbook preview. It does not recalculate the workbook.

Is my original Excel file modified?

No. SheetWise creates a separate PDF and leaves the source workbook unchanged.
