How cancellation works
You may cancel automatic renewal from Arbeitsbereich → Billing & receipts. Abbrechenlation stops the next renewal charge. It does not immediately remove Pro access.
Access after cancellation
Your Pro plan remains active until the end of the billing period that has already been paid. The Billing page shows the date your Pro access is scheduled to end. After that date, the account returns to the Free plan unless the subscription is reactivated.
Refunds
Abbrechenling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund. Monatlich and annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the paid billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where SheetWise approves a refund in writing.
Renewal and reactivation
A subscription that is scheduled to cancel may be reactivated before the paid period ends. Once reactivated, automatic renewal resumes according to the current billing interval and price shown in the account.
